While this neighborhood restaurant struts bragging rights to one of the better breakfast/brunch boards in the city, it’s the dinner menu that’s increasingly garnering my attention. And while you can actually get breakfast for dinner, the braised lamb shank is only on the dinner menu, and it’s diabolically delicious.
