Downtown was crazy-bustling last night, no doubt a precursor to today’s home opener at Coors Field. And at this restaurant, where I popped in for a margarita and a vessel of queso fundido with chorizo, the staff was projecting that they’d serve a lot more of that queso today, along with enough margaritas to flood Mexico.
