Que Bueno, that culinary mainstay on Concourse B at Denver International Airport, closed five months ago for a major remodel that’s now more than two months behind — although DIA officials promise that the place could reopen any day.

In the meantime, travelers can take some comfort in the fact that Que Bueno is selling a very limited menu from a cart that was out this past weekend.
