Let your kids get their hands dirty at “The Art of Cheese” at Haystack Mountain Goat Creamery today, during the creamery’s string cheese and pizza cheese class. The session, which runs from 10 to 11:30 a.m., will teach kids a thirty-minute mozzarella recipe and will finish off the homemade cheeses as string cheese and pizza cheese.
