ESPN culled information from health inspection reports from every major stadium across the country and found that a majority had at least a handful of operating vendors with critical health code violations.
Colorado was no exception. In fact, more than 60 percent of the vendors at Invesco Field at Mile High, Coors Field and the Pepsi Center were operating with critical violations. Excerpts from the reports indicated that Coors Field employees left cheese and sour cream in a 52 degree refrigerator overnight, which isn’t cold enough, and the other stadiums had a problem with flies: fruit flies in whiskey at Invesco and coffin flies in cognac at the Pepsi Center.
Cheers!
