Teatulia Organic Teas, 2900 Zuni Street, is teaming up with Ian Kleinman, the molecular guru behind the Inventing Room, for The Dessertist Performs Truffles and Cremes, which runs from 5 to 10 p.m. today through Saturday, August 24.

The tea bar will feature liquid nitrogen treats created by Kleinman that will be paired with teas. Dessert options range from $2 to $4, and you can also try a tea soda exclusive to Teatulia or a cup of Pablo’s Coffee. As an added treat, there will be free live music at the tea bar, too.
