Park Burger, 1890 South Pearl Street, has received accolades from Bon Apetit, the Denver Burger Battle judges and Westword, which gave the joint Best French Fries in this year’s Best of Denver awards.
Now USA Today is giving Park Burger something else to brag about: The restaurant was highlighted as Colorado’s best burger joint in a roundup of the best burger places across the country.
The publication highlighted the spot’s Angus beef and sweet-savory potato bun, warmed on the griddle before serving. It also recommended the Croque burger topped with melted Swiss, smoky ham and a gooey fried egg.
Personally, we’re partial to adding a fried egg to the Park Burger Royal, which pits the patty with sweet caramelized onions, sharp blue cheese and crispy bacon.
