Jake’s Brew Bar in downtown Littleton is expanding into the building next door, doubling its indoor capacity and adding a 1,500-square-foot beer garden in back.

The spot — which specializes in craft and Belgian beers, as well as locally-roasted coffee — opened in 2012; it is just down the street from Kate’s Wine Bar, which shares the same owners, Vanessa Menke and her mom, Jayne Barth.
“That’s right, all that amazing beer that you love will soon be enjoyed in a larger space with more taps, more tables, another bar and did I mention Littleton’s first outdoor Beer Garden!,” Jake’s announced in a post on Facebook yesterday. “How sweet is that?”
Jake’s hasn’t said when the expansion will begin, but Menke is thinking about several amenities, including a fire pit, food-truck parking, patio games and hop vines.
Jake’s will also add ten more taps.
