If you are a fan of lamb, this would be the contest for you.
Every Friday through February, the Denver-based American Lamb Board will select a winner for its “Recipes for Romance” contest. Winners receive a variety of items, including a professional knife set and cookware.
E-mail fanoflamb@baltzco.com with your recipe and a 200-300 word essay about why you love lamb. A picture isn’t required, but it wouldn’t hurt.
The recipes should be romance-related, so make sure to dust off those delicious chocolate-dipped lamb and lamb champagne recipes.
According to Megan Wortman, program director of the American Lamb
Board, “We’re excited to invite all fans of lamb to share their favorite dishes with us for this first Recipes for Romance contest during what we’ve dubbed as Lamb Lovers Month.”
