Big Red F and Lola welcome guest chef Javier Plascencia, a Baja star brought to Denver by Big Red F founder Dave Query and founding Lola chef Jamey Fader, who visited him in Mexico last month, for a special collaboration dinner tonight.
Chef Plascencia, who has appeared on No Reservations With Anthony Bourdain , Bizarre Foods and more, will be working with the Lola team to create six Baja-Mediterranean courses with drink pairings. You can check out the menu, which includes Ahi tuna parfait, wood-fired octopus, spiny lobster tamales, creamy smoked trout and more, here.
The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $75 per person. For reservations, call Lola at 720-570-8686.
