Marg’s Taco Bistro, the urbanized “world tacos” spot that has locations in Cherry Creek and LoDo last year, is planning a new location in Uptown. The restaurant owners, Uptown Margs and Dave McBride, have applied for a liquor license at 500 East 19th Avenue, near Las Delicias and Jonesy’s Eatbar.

In addition to its homemade flour tortillas and traditional Mexican street tacos — not to mention a full menu of margaritas — Marg’s also specializes in caprese, bánh mì, Korean pork, Caribbean jerk and Moroccan variations.

The owners are aiming for a mid-March opening.
