After having lunch recently at Masalaa, the excellent vegetarian Indian restaurant in Aurora, which has recently undergone a spiffy facelift, I spotted a sign around the corner of the strip mall that simply reads “Mexican Empanadas: Coming Soon.”
The space, located at 3140 South Parker Road, is undergoing construction, and according to a woman who works at the next-door salon, it should be open within the next month.
Patience is a virtue.
