Yesterday, we invited Cafe Society readers to enter to win two seats to the soft opening of Olav Peterson’s new restaurant, which opens in December.
We asked you to guess the name of that restaurant based on clues that were hidden in the story we wrote back in July announcing Peterson’s departure from Bistro One and his plans to open a restaurant-cum-garden-cum-farm somewhere in Denver.
Did you win?
You did if you’re name is Evan and you guessed Bitter Sweet, the two words that make up “Bittersweet,” which is the name of Peterson’s new restaurant.
