This week in Cafe Society, Gretchen Kurtz reviewed a restaurant just featured on Kitchen Nightmares, Pantaleone’s, and discovered that Gordon Ramsay’s wake-up call had done some good. For Chef and Tell, Lori Midson talked with Chris Canales, exec chef of Volta Mediterranean Restaurant in Boulder, about what it takes to be a chef and his favorite spot right now. And Mark Antonation, our former Federal Case correspondent, has embarked on a new adventure: Ethniche, which will explore different cuisines around Denver.
