Celebrity chef Jenna Johansen joins Trillium, 2134 Larimer Street, for the latest in the restaurant’s Scandinavian dinner series. Check the Facebook page for the menu, which costs $65; and call 303-379-9759 to RSVP. Fair warning: seats are going fast.Wednesday, January 16:
