After a series of delays, the newest Pasquini’s Pizzeria will finally start flipping pies in the Denver Tech Center. The new location at 8101 East Belleview Avenue will host its grand opening this Friday at 10:30 a.m.
Manager Zack Kupetz says the restaurant will have the “newest, greatest and latest menu,” thanks to the proposed addition of new pastas, which the kitchen is currently taste-testing. “The pizza that Denverites have come to love since we started back in 1986 will still be on the menu, as will sandwiches, salads and pastas, but we’re thinking of adding a couple of new pastas, too,” notes Kupetz.
In addition, says Kupetz, the pizzeria will run lunch specials, starting at $5.99, Monday through Friday, coupled with $5 pitchers of sangria every Thursday night, all-you-can-eat pasta nights on Wednesday and free kid’s meals every Tuesday night. Kupetz is gearing up for happy hour, too, which will run Monday through Friday, from 4 to 7 p.m., with $3 premium well drinks.
As we reported last month, the original late-April opening was moved back while the restaurant obtained necessary permits and got the space up to code.
Hours will be Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, call 303-770-3100.
