After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Blooming Beets Kitchen, a paleo-friendly restaurant in Boulder, is now in full-bloom. To celebrate the opening, owner Iva Paleckova is offering half-off on all ciders and wines this week. Photographer Danielle Lirette stopped by Blooming Beets this past weekend; keep reading for a taste of what she saw there.
