After ten months of renovation work — while the store remained open — King Soopers is about to officially unveil the new look of its location at Ninth and Corona. At 9 a.m. tomorrow, shoppers will be able to take part in the grand re-opening festivities, which include specials exclusive to this store.
According to store manager Lee Lucero, the new self-check-out lineup, customer service area and bakery department are what give this specific model, tucked onto a small footprint in Capitol Hill, a European grocery-style appearance.
