Chef/Restaurateur Troy Guard has been involved with Taste of the NFL for several years, and this year he organized the first Taste of the Broncos, featuring culinary samples from from more than 30 of the city’s top chefs. Guests on the Sports Legends Mall in front of Sports Authority Field at Mile High were treated to food and booze, and then the festivities moved inside the stadium, where Peyton Manning conducted a performance by the Colorado Symphony on the playing field. Many more Broncos players and cheerleaders were also on hand to meet and greet guests, present food with the chefs and pose for photos with fans.
