Fat Jack’s Supersubs opened its fourth metro location this week, at 3535 Quebec Street in the Shops at Stapleton. The latest link in the growing local sandwich chain, which uses local artists to help create its decor, will host a grand-opening event in March.
In the meantime, we sent photographer Danielle Lirette to capture this look at the funky space.

Fat Jack’s is open for dine-in and delivery (with no minimum) Sunday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight. Visit the website for more information.
