The 40 West Arts gallery is hosting a food-themed Farm to Table art exhibit through November 22, featuring pieces in various media from over 25 artists. As part of the exhibit, the gallery also hosted a food-as-art and Jello mold contest, with entries judged and awarded ribbons based on most artistic, best tasting, most Colfax cool, and People’s Choice categories. Photographer Danielle Lirette captured the artistic food and gelatin-based entries, along with some of the Farm to Table pieces on display at the gallery.
