Brothers Toshi and Yasu Kizaki already hold down the corner of South Pearl Street and East Florida Avenue with their trio of restaurants: Sushi Den, Izakaya Den and Ototo. But now they’ve added something the area needs even more than another restaurant: a parking structure on the east side of Pearl that offers 200 more parking spots for customers and other visitors to the hot, and crowded, neighborhood. The new building was christened Tuesday night with a benefit party — and a summer storm — with proceeds of the event benefiting earthquake relief agencies in Kumamoto, Japan. Food photographer Danielle Lirette was on hand to capture the action.
