Hipsters are popping up all over the place, including in discussions of two recent Food stories: our report on the opening of Chuey Fu’s Latin-Asian Grub, and our list of the Ten Best Falafel Spots in Denver. First stop: Santa Fe Drive, where Chuey Fu’s just landed — and one reader left a few years ago. Says Brian:
So now the hipster food offering move in. Three years after I left the neighborhood. #trendsetter
While another reader’s suggestion focuses on falafel, it’s useful for many kinds of food. Says Scott:
Simple rule to follow, if it’s full of hipsters, probably not the real deal. If it is full people of the related ethnic group, give it a go. We have plenty of good ethnic food, you just need to get out of your safe little neighborhoods.
