Before there was brunch, there was breakfast — and Pete’s Kitchen was serving it morning, noon and night. The classic diner on East Colfax was already decades old when Pete Contos acquired it and turned it into the flagship in his fleet of Greek restaurants. And Pete’s Kitchen, which Lauren Monitz just visited in her quest for great morning meals, is still riding in Denver. Says Brian:
