Why are all the Oregon folks coming to Denver all the sudden? My restaurant (Fire on the Mountain) is from Portland, Voodoo Donuts is from Portland and now Thump…. I can’t hate on it, just curious what the draw to the Denver market is…. hipsters? Lol.
