I’ve got good news from Happy Noodle House, at 835 Walnut Street in Boulder. Not only did this joint that I reviewed two months ago start offering lunch-delivery service to its fans, but it has a new menu.
This one, it seems, has bent even further in the international direction, offering everything from Vietnamese bahn mi sandwiches at lunch (both the Berkshire pork and gulf shrimp versions look awesome) and cold green curry ramen with fried catfish to pork curry fried rice and roasted pineapple with ginger Jello-O. It strikes me as a rather more daring board than what I tried during my review meals, and I’m looking forward to getting back to Happy Noodle House.
