Hundreds of restaurants opened in metro Denver in 2013, including spots as ambitious as Old Major and Beast + Bottle, and others as formulaic as several Dunkin’ Donuts that, along with Voodoo Doughnut, had this town rolling in dough. Some of the restaurants that opened in 2013 also closed in 2013, while other restaurants reopened in new or reconfigured spaces, or kept the same owners while switching identifies.
