Chef Marco Monnanni, who runs Bacco Trattoria in Boulder and Parma Trattoria in Louisville, took over the space last month.
Like the other two restaurants, Sforno Trattoria Romana focuses on home-cooked italian fare, with such dishes as gnocchi alla Romana, penne arrabbiata and bucatini amatriciana.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner, with a daily happy hour as well.
