Skoops Ice Cream and More will open as usual at 11 a.m. today — but it will close for good at 9 p.m. today, after losing the lease on its Capitol Hill space in a dispute with its landlords. Owners Tim Hamann and Eddie Horn will be hosting a customer-appreciation party during the popular spot’s last hours.

And the party may not be over entirely.
