Two lovely dinner options are blooming today.
The Denver Art Museum and BRU Handbuilt Ales are teaming up for an “In Bloom” beer dinner at BRU inspired by the museum’s In Bloom: Painting Flowers in the Age of Impressionism exhibit. The beer dinner will showcase the use of flowers in food; each dish will be paired with BRU beers. Brooks Winery, a practicing organic and bio-dynamic winery, will be pairing its wines with four courses cooked up the kitchen at Duo.
