Fado Irish Pub, 1735 19th Street, is hosting a charity event today as part of Paddython 2012, a week-long celebration of all things Irish; a bottomless Stella happy hour and music from That Eighties Band are just part of the festivities. Today Fado will donate 20 percent of all food sales to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help fund childhood cancer research; patrons are also encouraged to shave their heads to show support for the cause.
