For Denver Restaurant Week, Stir Cooking School, 3215 Zuni Street, is hosting a special, three-hour cooking class on cooking with fresh herbs starting at 6:30 p.m.
Here’s the description from the school:
It’s the perfect time of year to learn how to utilize all those great fresh herbs. We’ll teach you great ways to pair herbs, as well as storage tips and growing tips. If you love incorporating fresh herbs into your everyday cooking, then this is the class for you!

Herbed Orzo Pasta Salad with Cherry Tomates, Red Onions and Ricotta Salata
