Jenna Johansen will celebrate the debut of Bravo’s new reality show Around the World in 80 Plates at Studio F, 1801 Wynkoop Street, with a series of globally-inspired pop-up dinners starting tonight. Johansen is one of twelve chefs competing on the show for $150,000 in prize money.
“I’m thrilled to join one of my favorite Colorado chefs, James Mazzio, as we celebrate the opening of Studio F and the debut of my new show,” she says. “I want to give my guests a little bit of flavor from all my favorite parts of the world.”
The culinary tour begins with Spanish tapas followed by dishes from Thailand, Italy and France, and ends with a one-of-kind Moroccan m’hanncha — a traditional snake-shaped cake surrounded by almond-stuffed dates. Click here for the full menu with beverage pairings.
There will be three dinners — tonight, tomorrow and Saturday — with seatings at 6 and 8:15 p.m. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased on Studio F’s website.
