Sushi just might be the perfect summer dish — light but still filling, always refreshing. And you can learn just what raw talents are needed to create sushi from 6 to 9:30 p.m. tonight, when Cook Street School of Fine Cooking, 1937 Market Street, will offer a “Sushi and Samurai” class. Chefs will guide students through the selection of fish and other ingredients, preparing perfect sushi rice and creating simple rolls — with the instruction paired with a selection of sushi-friendly beers. Tuition is $89; for more info, call 303-308-9300 or go to www.cookstreet.com.
