The 44th annual Palisade Peach Festival gets under way in downtown Palisade tonight, celebrating the harvest of one of Colorado’s tastiest fruits.
Three days of family-friendly festivities including peach-eating contests, a bike-and-kayak race and pop-up dinners in the orchards kick off with tonight’s free ice cream social, with peach tastings and live music. Visit the website for a full schedule and ticketing information.
