Panzano, 909 17th Street, is now featuring a three-course, regional Italian menu every Sunday. Each month, executive chef Elise Wiggins and her crew will create a meal showcasing various cuisines from different areas of Italy. Keep reading for March’s menu.

1st Course
Balote from the town of Clauzetto – ricotta salata and Neufchatel cheese stuffed polenta balls with mushroom tomato demi sauce2nd Course
Petite d’Anatra ai Frutti di Bosco – pan-seared duck breast, seared foie gras, fresh berries, spiced berry reduction3rd Course
Strucchi – dates back to the 15th century. Fried pastry filled with nuts, raisins, orange peel and dusted in super fine sugar.
