Reader support matters more than ever
We're in the final stretch of our summer campaign. Our goal is to raise $25,000 by August 9 to support the journalism our community relies on. Reader support is helping shape the future of local news.
The Taste of Vail, one of the nation’s premier food and wine festivals, kicks off today and runs through Saturday in the mountain town. This highly anticipated event explores the Vail lifestyle through food and drink by offering lectures, dinners, wine pairings, seminars, tastings and much more. For the next four days the town will be buzzing with thirty top chefs and restaurateurs alongside winemakers from nearly fifty wineries. The fun starts pouring out at the Debut of 2014 Rose event, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Lionshead; it’s $50 for a pass or $4 for individual tastes. Ticket prices for other events vary; to learn more, visit tasteofvail.com.
