The crew behind Comida Cantina is celebrating the third birthday for “Tina,” the hot-pink food truck that inspired two brick and mortars — today at Flatiron Park in Boulder. There will be food specials and lawn games from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The truck will be offering any menu item for $3, and will provide a cornhole set-up for customers.
And speaking of cornhole, the Longmont location of the Comida chain has also introduced a new weekly happy-hour that features the bag-tossing game. Every Monday throughout the summer, there will be food and drink specials from 3 p.m. to close, and cornhole available outdoors. The party coincides with Prospect Eats, a food-truck gathering that occurs every Monday in the park across the street from the restaurant. Call 720-204-6455 or visit the website for more information.
