This week, Gretchen Kurtz tested the “Colorado Bar-B-Que” at Tin Star Smokehouse in Golden, Lori Midson headed to the Walnut Room to toss pies with executive chef Jonah Munson, and Mark Antonation paired sandwiches from Baker’s Palace Vietnamese with traditional brews from Wit’s End Brewing.
