When The Real World: Denver production crew took over the former home of B-52 Billiards, at 1920 Blake Street, they turned it into some pretty swank digs. And in November 2006, before the MTV show had even finished its run, Shane Alexander and Josh Hawkinson bought the building and remodeled it again, this time into Theörie, an ultra-swank club and ambitious restaurant.

But the reality of running a restaurant can be much rougher than life on The Real World, and Theörie recently stopped serving food. Although the kitchen is still available for private parties, Alexander and Hawkinson are concentrating on the club side of the business.
