Think pink! As Kendra Anderson noted last week, it’s rose season — and tonight, Elway’s Cherry Creek will host its annual Pink Patio Party, where guests can sample more than thirty rosé wines from around the world — and help Elway’s sommelier Adam Vance pick the three wines for the rosé flight on the Elway’s Cherry Creek list.

To go with all those wines, Elway’s Cherry Creek Executive Chef Aniedra Nichols will prepare several special appetizers, including salmon tartare, black pepper seared fois gras and grilled lobster salad.
