Making fondue can be as easy as melting cheese over a campfire — or elaborate enough to create an elegant Valentine’s Day dinner. At Fireside Fondue Wine Dinner, a cooking class from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. today, you should pick up some handy hints for that romantic holiday. The class, sponsored by the City of Aurora, is at the Expo Recreation Center, 10955 East Exposition Avenue in Aurora.
