Tonight, Hotel Boulderado, 2115 13th Street in Boulder, hosts the Fourmile Fire Benefit featuring a four-course dinner collaboration between Centro Latin Kitchen & Refreshment Palace, Jax Fish House Boulder, Zolo Southwestern Grill, Happy, the West End Tavern, Salt, Q’s and Colterra.
