The Greenbriar Inn, 8735 North Foothills Highway in Boulder, not only has one of the best wine lists around, but also cultivates over 7,000 square feet of its own crops. And tonight at 6 p.m., the Greenbriar will celebrate the last of this year’s harvest with a four-course farm-to-table dinner paired with cocktails.
Dinner will be served on the front lawn (weather permitting) and tours of the gardens and grounds will be available upon request. View the menu — which costs $45 and includes drinks — here and call 303-440-7979 to reserve a seat.
