$20,000

Last month Jennifer Jasinski, chef/owner of Rioja, Bistro Vendome and Euclid Hall, released her first cookbook, A Perfect Bite, a 186-page compendium of recipes from Rioja’s’ kitchen, accompanied by stunning photography and tips for the home cook.

And tonight, at the Larimer Square food temple that inspired those recipes, you can get your grubby little hands on an autographed copy, while indulging in a seven-course feast, all of which are dishes that made the cookbook cut, paired with wines. “I’ve got to admit that I think it’s a really awesome cookbook, and all of the recipes are dishes that we’ve had on the menu at Rioja at one time or another,” says Jasinski. “Tonight’s menu has corresponding page numbers to the recipes in the cookbook, so if someone is interested in knowing more about the dish on their plate, they can just flip open the cookbook.”

The event gets under way at 6 p.m. and tickets are $150 per person, inclusive of cocktails, dinner and wines, tax and gratuity. The menu, which looks incredible, is after the jump. To reserve your seat, call 303-820-2282.
