Tired of all this beer-drinking yet? Even if your answer is “no,” it might not hurt to mix it up for a night and try a wine dinner instead….Right?
Tonight, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, 8100 East Union Avenue, is offering the Wild Horse Vineyards Wine Dinner, five courses paired with Wild Horse wines. Here’s the menu:
Course one: California Sparkling Brut with an amuse bouche.
Course two: Central Coast Viognier with coquilles St. Jacques (pan-seared scallops with ossetra and sevruga).
Course three: Central Coast Chardonnay with crab and lobster bisque, served with blue crab and a port-wine reduction.
Course four: Central Coast Pinot Noir with Colorado striped bass, served a la meuniere with sauteed spinach.
Course five: Paso Robles Merlot with a chocolate bag — white chocolate mousse and raspberry coulis.
The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $60; find all the details at www.mccormickandschmicks.com or call 720-200-9339.
