Some culinary contests are designed for maximum messiness and mayhem. We’re looking at you, Mezcal.
At 6:30 p.m. tonight, Mezcal, the cantina at 3230 East Colfax Avenue, will throw its second Taco-Eating Contest. Entries may be closed (if there’s still an opening, you’ll need to pay $15 for the privilege of chowing down on as many tacos as possible in a limited amount of time), but there’s plenty of room for spectators — and it’s free to watch.
