The showdown will include a multi-course dinner prepared by top Denver chefs; each course will be paired with a specialty Colorado wine and beer — and then diners will vote on which pairing they like the best.

Tickets are $75, and guests must bring their own place setting (plate, cutlery and wine glasses) — and the most creative setup will win a prize. For more information, go to www.eatdenver.com.
