The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $25,000 by August 9.
Troy Guard could be the busiest chef in Denver, cooking up plans for new restaurants – he has a half-dozen opening in the next year, starting with a second Los Chingones in the Denver Tech Center – while still cooking in his own kitchen. Tonight TAG will host winemaker Tadeo Borchardt, who will be pouring wines from Neyers Wines to complement a five-course meal created by Guard. The menu will feature dishes that highlight ingredients like kangaroo, Spanish octopus, maple leaf duck breast, and more. The fun starts at 7 p.m. and seats are $89; for reservations, call the restaurant at 303-996-9985. You can check out the full menu here.
