Vesta Dipping Grill, at 1822 Blake Street, is launching its own “Colorado Stimulus Plan,” and giving away a month of happy hours — a total of twenty in June (one every Monday through Friday through the month). According to Vesta’s announcement, the owners (who are also responsible for Steuben’s) “feel blessed to have two very busy restaurants in the current financial climate, so we are giving away food and booze up to $500 to local companies that need a morale boost.”
The happy-hour menus will feature all-Colorado products. So far, Vesta’s partners include Leopold Bros., Peach Street Distillers, Montaña rum, Great Divide Brewing Co., Vodka 14 and Infinite Monkey Theorem Winery.
